2009 Professional's Choice Applications and Maps

The Homer Award is the Oscar of the local residential building industry. The award recognizes excellence in design, workmanship and value in residential construction projects throughout the St. Louis region.

In 2007, the Professional’s Choice Award was created for builders who wanted their homes judged by professional building inspectors.

This year, the HBA celebrated its 41st consecutive Homer Awards program for builder achievement. The Homer Awards is the most widely recognized new home building competition in the St. Louis area and is open only to HBA members.

Homer and Professional’s Choice Award nominees and winners receive extensive exposure in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and Suburban Journals NEW HOME FOLIO and on the HBA web site at www.stlhba.com. They are also provided with recognizable signage to display at each site nominated and awarded in the competition.
