How do I pay my invoice or renew my membership?
In order to pay an outstanding invoice or renew your membership, you must “Sign In” to your membership account. If you do not have a login, you can click on “Create Account” to set one up and access your information. If you need assistance, please contact Patrice McIver (314-817-5630).
How do I join the HBA?
You may access the online application form by selecting “Membership”, “Become A Member” and then you can print and complete the application. Online Join is Coming Soon! If you need assistance, please contact Diana Forbes (314-817-5633).
How do I change my mailing address?
Please email Patrice McIver with your address changes.
How do I change the email address where my invoices are being emailed to?
Please email Patrice McIver the current address they are being emailed to and the new address you would like them to be emailed to.
Can I use the HBA Member Logo?
Members of the HBA are encouraged to use the HBA Member Logo. You must “Sign In” to your membership account; go to the “Member Exclusive” website, which you can find under the “Membership” tab and click on “HBA and NAHB Member Logos”. If you do not have a login, you can click on “Create Account” to set one up and access your information. Contact Patrice McIver (314-817-5630) to receive a logo sticker for your office or vehicle.
How do I join a council?
Anyone from your company can join a council if you have a main Builder or Associate membership. Visit Membership, Council Information and Applications. If you need assistance, please contact Diana Forbes (314-817-5633).
I am a member; can my coworkers receive copies of your publications?
Yes. Send their name, company name and email address to Patrice McIver.
How do I find a Builder/Remodeler in my area?
From our homepage click on “Find a Home Builder” or “Find a Remodeler”.
How do I advertise with your HBA?

Can I file a complaint for work I had done on my home?
The HBA will work to open a line of communication between the customer and the builder. You can start the process by filing a complaint on the HBA website. Visit “For Consumers” and “File a Complaint Form”. If you need assistance, please contact Tracy Chiesa (314-817-5631).
How do I create an account to sign into the website?
When setting up a new account please be sure to fill out all the information on the account window. If the company is a member of the HBA, please make sure you choose the company name from the dropdown box under Primary Organization. Your company name will prepopulate once you start typing the first few letters of the company name.
