Individuals or companies constructing or remodeling homes, developing light commercial projects or developing land. All Builder members are required to pay quarterly assessment fees to the HBA (will be invoiced accordingly at $30 per new home permit) or contribute an equal amount to the Home Building Industry Advancement Fund. This member type is also eligible to receive one free HBA council membership ($75 value).*
New Builder Members: you may choose one council membership (from the list below) at no charge.
HBA Councils offer specialized programs and education in these areas: Custom Home Building, Remodeling, Sales & Marketing and Green Building.
Note: The Green Building Council is not eligible for a free council membership at this time.
