Council Overview - Advanced Building Systems and Technology

HBA Councils

Five specialty interest councils are part of the HBA of St. Louis and Eastern Missouri.

You can find more information on these councils below. Annual fees for these councils are as follows: $75 for Advanced Building Systems and Technology Council and Custom Home Builders Council; $85 for the Remodelers Council; $95 for the Professional Women in Building Council and Sales and Marketing Council. The Professional Women in Building, Remodelers and Sales and Marketing Councils are affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), enabling members to take advantage of additional information, programs and services. Council membership is open to all employees of HBA members in good standing.

The Advanced Building Systems and Technology Council

The Advanced Building Systems and Technology Council serves to provide education and information on advanced building systems and technology to HBA members. The council will provide quarterly seminars. To join this council, complete the application and mail it in with payment. Certifications in this program are being done against the rigors of the ICC-700 National Green Building Standard (NGBS), which is the only rating system approved by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
